Jonathan Read originally grew up in the East of England. In his teens he relocated to Australia because of a family move. His music which falls firmly into the electro-acoustic (via post-rock) category oozes such feelings of being removed from comfort and beauty to a more unsure place where really the only one you have to turn to is you. Read started out DJing and producing drum and bass but quickly found that genre to be way too limiting to convey his feelings. By listening Read's emotive music it would be very hard to tell that he has not even celebrated his 20th birthday yet. An old soul getting comfortable in his new skin.

Today is the official release date for our 3 latest albums. First up is Phylum Sinter's from unity to segmentation full-length. Which we feel here at Enpeg is (and was for us) a prefect jumping off point for this highly underrated artist. Fell follows up his between octavia and laguna album with his latest offering Fermé Ferme, which is one of the most satisfyingly original listens we've had in some time. And last but not least the new album from Ruxpin. Where do we float from here? is classic artificial intelligence era IDM fit for the mind, body and soul. They are all available now from Enpeg.com as FLAC and in other formats from your favorite retailer. Amazon, djtunes Emusic, and (yes) itunes have all been adding the new Enpeg releases to their inventories.
